About these terms
These terms apply when you use kwekly.com, create or use a Kwekly profile or dashboard, or buy Kwekly products from kwekly-store.com. Kwekly is operated by Ibraan Software Solutions in Egypt. By using Kwekly, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Each product comes with an activation code to link it to your profile. Keep it safe.
- In company accounts, the company manages its employees’ profiles and can lock shared company details or move a card to another employee.
Your content
You own everything you add to your profile. You allow us to store and display it so your profile works. Do not publish anything illegal, misleading or offensive, impersonate anyone, or use names, logos or trademarks you do not have the right to use. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Products and orders
- Products are ordered through kwekly-store.com. Prices and payment methods are shown at checkout.
- Our current products are a one-time purchase, with no subscription.
- Delivery is available to all governorates in Egypt, usually within a week.
- For custom designs, you confirm that you have the right to use the names, logos and content you send us.
Replacements and returns
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or a design error on our side, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. Products made or printed to your design cannot be returned for other reasons.
The service
We work to keep Kwekly available and secure, but the service may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or improve features. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, their prices and terms will be shown clearly before you choose them.
Liability
Kwekly is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for content that users publish on their profiles.
Ending your account
You can stop using Kwekly at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
