Kwekly is a digital business card platform operated by Ibraan Software Solutions in Egypt. This policy explains how we handle personal data on kwekly.com, in Kwekly profiles and dashboards, and when you order Kwekly products from our store, kwekly-store.com.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email, mobile number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Profile content: everything you choose to add to your profile — photo, cover, job title, company, links, location and payment details.
- Details visitors send you: when someone uses contact exchange on your profile, the name, number and other details they enter are saved to your account.
- Usage data: profile visits, taps on each product and clicks on each link, plus basic technical data such as browser and device type.
- Order details: name, mobile number, shipping address, order details and card design requirements.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp or email.
How we use it
- To run your profile and show it to the people you share it with.
- To verify your email and mobile number, including WhatsApp verification codes.
- To process, ship and support your orders, and to contact you about designs and delivery.
- To show you statistics about your profile, and to improve and secure our service.
- To reply to your messages and send important service updates.
Your public profile
Your profile is designed to be shared: anyone who taps your Kwekly product, scans your QR code or opens your link can see what you have chosen to publish. You decide what appears and can change or hide it at any time from your dashboard. In company accounts, the company can set and lock shared company details on its employees’ profiles.
Sharing
We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only when needed to provide the service:
- Shipping companies (name, address and phone) to deliver your order.
- Payment providers to complete payments. We do not store card details on our servers.
- Service providers that host and run our platform, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and WhatsApp messaging, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Security and storage
We protect your data with encrypted (SSL) connections, hashed passwords, secure cloud storage for photos and limited staff access. We keep your data while your account is active, and for as long as needed for orders, legal and accounting purposes.
Cookies
kwekly.com uses only the cookies needed to remember your language and keep you signed in. Our store may also use cookies for your cart, traffic analysis and advertising; you can control cookies from your browser settings.
Your rights
- See and edit your profile and account details at any time from your dashboard.
